How your piece gets to you, and when — including the two things customers most often ask us to repeat.
When your piece is fully paid, we fix a delivery-by date and show it on the order. It is fixed at that moment and does not drift afterwards.
It matters for more than planning: if we pass that date, your right to ask for your money back stops depending on us reselling the piece and becomes a direct refund. See refunds & swaps.
By default we hold your pieces and send them together in one parcel, and the parcel's date becomes the latest date among them. If you would rather not wait on the slowest piece, ask us to send what has already arrived and we will split it.
You are welcome to collect from the LARAI shop, Amanfrom — opposite the central mosque. When your piece is ready the order shows a collection pass — bring it, or just your phone, and we will hand it over.
We send within Accra, and further in Ghana, with a rider or courier. The important part: the delivery fee is paid directly to the rider and never goes through this shop. We do not take it, add to it, or hold it.
Anything the app shows for delivery is an estimate, for information only — the rider quotes the real fare on the day, and distance, traffic and time all move it. Because that money never reaches us, there is nothing for us to refund on it either.
Save an address in your account and keep it current — a rider works from what you gave us. In Accra a landmark helps far more than a street name. The rider gets your name, phone number and address, and nothing else about you.
If a rider cannot reach you, we will not leave a piece with a stranger. It comes back to us and we arrange a second attempt with you — a second trip is a second fare, paid to the rider as before.
We do not ship internationally through this shop. If you are abroad and want to buy for someone in Ghana, order to their address, or send them a gift voucher and let them choose.
