A set solves the hardest part of dressing, which is matching. The inner dress and the piece over it are cut from the same run of fabric, so nothing is nearly-the-same colour under a light. Two pieces is also two outfits, because the inner one stands on its own. Sets are sourced to order more often than not — tell us the size and we buy the pair together.
